But they said "way sooner" than jan. plus to file significant event, it must b filed within 4 days of it happening. Now with that being said, they claim to have something big, I don't think they can wait until jan to file 8k, remember its the 1st step, financials is 2nd step. 8k will b filed much sooner. I believe anyway
