Bottom line... we need a PR explaining the deal and another 8K of the executed acquisition agreement. The 8K filed does not clarify the deal. One thing is 100% for certain though, the 400M shares are most definitely restricted common shares for at least 6 months as per SEC Rule 144. There is zero chance of the shares being free trading shares as per SEC rules and that is FACT. The BS that the POS stuck short sellers is just that, TOTAL BS ! They are scared and desperate so their BS talk of suspension is said only to try getting weak hands to sell to them so they can cover their short position. HOLD YOUR SHARES. ACCUMULATE and WE WILL ROCK $DUSS HERE SHORTLY toward PENNIES PER SHARE !!
