I posted this on the MRIB board at the "other place" I find this extremely interesting...still waiting to hear back from glens0, a board mod there, he posted this in reply to me on 11/19/2013...I think there's more to this 2nd Nevada SOS entity than anyone wants to discuss at this time. Keep in mind both entities became active so logic would dictate there's an obvious association between the 2. Margrit is on both.

At Nevada SOS there is a second entity listing "Marani Brands Group Inc." with CEO Margrit Eyraud as president...anyone know why that entity exists ?
