Let's look at the other side of this coin for a second. If I wanted to could I sell 100 shares at $20.00. Sure I guess I could but would I. First for me it would be a 5 bagger.. I bought the shares for  2 cents and now sell them for 10 cents pre split. I would be subject to income tax. I would not be giving my shares to you because you are not interested in buying. I would be giving my shares to someone who would use them to control your mind and steal your money.
If the reason you are not buying is because you believe the share price will go lower and you can get more shares for your money then at least put your money into funding your account. Very shortly banks will be charging you to keep your money. That's right you have a bank account and the bank is about to send out notice that they will charge a percentage to hold your money for you.  The banks are not lending money. They are getting as much as they want from the fed but they are not buying shares in the market because the blue's are sitting on the edge of the biggest  collapse in history followed by hyper inflation .
They will be coming at you very soon to have you sell for tax purpose. The only purpose is their purpose. To steal your shares cheap. From now till the shareholders meeting you may gather as you may. After that all bets are off. There will be zero shares for sale and all you can do is wish you had done what has been explained to you here. Take care of your family.
