since many look for the easiest target to strike at ,I remind of the following
Bob did PR Jan 2011,rejecting shorters claim of a promo

Jan 2011 pps was rising 85%/day when traders learned CWRN was a rare penny transitioning to revenue ,so shorters and possible hedge fund shorting CWRN (see 7-10-11's posts) fraudulently shouted to non-reg for profit otc that CWRN had had a massive newsletter promo-

as CWRN Jan 2011 PR said there was no promo -but otc markets merely looked at charts, sees rapid rise, and assumes massive newsletter promo ( which otc decides on its own is not permitted unless co has a current classification w otc (more fees for otc)

and otc creates an unnecessary gauntlet of requirements for removal of ce, so CWRN was advised by OTCBB adviser instead to uplist to OTCQB (May 26 2011 PR)

but Geo was allegedly commingling and withholding millions from CWRN- CWRN complaint- so CWRN COULD NOT file financials (until recently and Brad may be waiting for TX case to conclude because Geo tried to involve Brad)

when trade for trade was instituted Mar 2011 Bob spent days looking into it but there were no easy answers-many co's PRs say dtc wont even tell co lawyers reason for chills etc--
THIS HAD NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE,COULD NOT BE PREDICTED ,NO WARNING WAS GIVEN, CONSTITUTION AND AGENCIES RESPONSIBILITIES WERE VIOLATED FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES AND THERE WERE NO DUE PROCESS METHODS TO DEAL W THESE THINGS

I stay out of politics and just report what I've seen and heard and has already been reported --
a liberal  TV doc which I saw, which had no axe to grind against a liberal politician, showed a powerful politician (previously the most liberal person in a branch of congress) deciding that business was evil and had to be stopped (I agree big business is usually amoral etc)

but when he was elevated to higher office he was frustrated he couldnt do anything about big business, so instead he came against small business w a vengeance --this included reportedly ordering agencies like sec to come against low priced pennies, who reportedly hired 100's of extra lawyers to politically target 1000's of low pennies

now brokers mm';s dtc  etc were reportedly green-lighted to do what agencies had previously prevented them from doing- attack low pennies w impunity-since they hate low pennies-hey we pay same commissions as bluechips stocks and reportedly trades only cost brokers 20c each

so a dragnet imo targeting politically ideologically disfavored co's -as has been widely reported nationally re other agencies-and that politician has ignored the constitution and refused to enforce congressional laws he does not like -(this has never happened before to this extent)
I dont belong to either party-just report what is common judicial knowledge

current dtc thing cannot lawfully have anything to do w previous sec action-which found CWRN to be clean after going thru wastebaskets everything all accounts /transfer agent etc
sec etc cannot require CWRN to file financials which CWRN could not because of alleged JVA commingling etc

this is not about what CWRN has done to best available info but what broker Oppenheimer reportedly unlawfully did in receiving encumbered stock and improperly selling it- CWRN does not yet know where said encumbered stock could possibly have come from

reportedly no SEC approved broker etc would accept restricted  (if CWRN even ever issued restricted and dd cannot verify CWRN ever even issued restricted except to family in cert form only- not deposited so could not be traded) because they want to immediately turn it over for a profit-yet dtc alleges Oppen did

to our knowledge- see previous dd re all CWRN issuances plus dd re stockpromoters.com etc, CWRN either NEVER issued restricted (except family members in cert form not deposited anywhere)
or if it did followed the rules -brokers etc reportedly cannot accept previously encumbered stock without a letter from co Pres stating co not a shell etc- CWRN reportedly never issued such a letter, so it was improper for Oppenheimer to receive the stock it did - not CWRN's fault !!!

to our knowledge CWRN does not know where the CWRN stock came from that Oppenheimer allegedly improperly received !!!

to our knowledge it did not come from CWRN -since Boca Raton Oppen office - 1 of only ca 100 Oppen  offices received the stock- (see dtc notice) and thats where the previous co Casino Airlinks was located, it very possibly said stock could have been issued by Casino Airlinks to a principal who later gave to transfer agent after a r/s and had reissued by transfer agent in CWRN name (and sec reportedly went thru all transfer agent actions)

so, so far both Bob and Brad believe CWRN is innocent and cannot fathom where the stock in question came from- will be interesting to find out-

if there was any such stock at all- many never before seen things have been happening in the market -esp in the  penny market designed to destroy small pennies who have little political or financial clout to fight back
