3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. and iPoint TV Enter Into Negotiations to Bring Click TV and Click TV 3D to Cable Systems in Latin America, 3D Advertising via Facebook, One Click Marketing
CHEYENNE, WY--(Marketwired - Oct 25, 2013) - 3D Entertainment Holdings, Inc. a Wyoming Corporation dba 3D Eye Solutions, Inc. (OTC Pink: TDEY) and Swordfish Financial, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation (OTCQB: SWRF), announce that iPoint TV Colombia is in talks with cable television systems to bring Click TV to cable systems and to launch a 3D channel Latin America.
According to the Latin American Multichannel Advertising Council, Colombia has the highest pay television penetration rate in Latin America, with 8 out of 10 households subscribing to cable services. Pay television currently reaches 84.4 percent of Colombia's 40 million people, while the penetration rate in Latin America is 50%.

iPoint Television Colombia is in talks with Cable Union, S.A., Claro, Une, Super Cable, and other surrounding community systes to rollout Click TV in the 1s Quarter of 2014. Together with the roll out of iPoint's Click TV 3D Entertainment Holdings Inc. will partner to bring a 3D content to Colombia. The cable community is looking forward to offering 3D content to their subscribers and welcomes a 3D version of Click TV.

TDEY launched it full application over Android devices this past week and added the application to Amazons App store. Social connection and future 3D content distribution via Facebook Fan Page
The App3DTV application has grown with its subscribers and the 3D hungry community. TDEY expects to place a full page of 3D content to be viewed by its fan page followers direct from the site. Consumers will have the access to post and repost select 3D content. The prospects of adding content to the fan page will open a new ad base revenue through social media. Advertisers will have banner space and video embeds within the content.
Facebook offers a one click share button which could take any video we offer viral to other friend connections. The one click share allows the growth of impression over timelines and iPoint has the technology which would allow the VOD and LIVE video to play within the Timelines. This opens a completely new experience to the 3D market when providing customer base videos in 3D for capitalizing on the up and coming 3D devices.
