It's not that cut and dry. If all shares indicated in red were sales and those shares were equally bought then why are the trades not equal everyday? Some shares are shorted and are listed as a sell i.e. red. More shares were sold or shorted today than bought by a large margin. It could be dilution but in my experience dilution will look like 10K, 15K or 20K even lots sold seconds apart that total in the millions. The action today didn't indicate dilution. I also think that much of TECO's dilution is executed in restricted shares and don't enter the common market immediately but are listed as part of the OS in the filings? Not sure! They didn't raise the AS for no reason and capitol needs to be raised for ongoing operations. Regardless, if we don't get significant news then I think the bid will hit sub penny again. With weather effecting operations in W. Texas and Belize delayed by a stuck packer and any other oil production having limited public record; the market will suffer and the manipulators will have a field day with the PPS. Time will tell if I'm wrong.
