I understand weather delays for moving the rig. I understand delays for maintenance. I understand delays for drilling contracts. I even understand delays for the holidays. What I can't understand, as an oil field hand who knows better is how do they flow oil wells in Alaska and North Dakota with the temperatures they have and somehow I am supposed to believe that somehow 28 degree weather is going to break a well or a flowline???? Look, I get that we are a start up company and money is tight. I get the fact that things are going in the right direction. I get the fact that maybe TECO is trying to calm folks down about the delays and this just sounded good. If we are using material that will break in 28 degree weather then we have more problems than maintenance issues and drilling contracts.
