i guess i better throw away my 100,000 shares... NOT!!!! i expect an update this week after the filing. stay tuned! CDFT gonna meet requirements without RIAD. its a shame to find out that he was a POS. oh, well. MINIMUM PAYOUT IS $$$250,000!!!!
