The company is very excited to have achieved "Current Information" status on the Pink Sheets as this was the initial demonstration of our goal to continually increase the transparency of our Company to our existing shareholders and the investment community as we move into 2014. The company has passed the deadline for its Q3 filings and is presently finalizing its information for its accounting firm to prepare the quarterly reports which will achieve "Current Information" status in the short term.
The company is seeking to obtain additional properties and or working interest in more developed projects in the form of joint ventures of its primary property or future properties within North America. The company also continues its search for a successful candidate to add to its board to provide mining value and accessibility to future projects. Successful candidates will posses essential proven mining experience which will enhance the company's growth strategy.
Currently the company's priority is to satisfy its LOI agreement with the "Silver Bell Mine Property" which is located on the south shore of Horne Lake, approximately 15 kilometers northeast of Port Alberni, British Columbia.
