At this point we can only judge the user experience (ux). We've seen some redesign, some plug'n'play product movement and additions. So as far as we can tell, the UX is solid and functional. It's so tough to make judgements one way or the other.
Since we are likely going to be focusing on PJ for a while here... if we want to help give feedback while we are in beta, here are some areas that we can offer our two cents on: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_experience_design
