I think you are spot on. I've read the American Capital Ventures' website a few times over the last couple of months. This is not your typical IR firm. Extremely qualified, professional, and not your one or two man bucket shop. Anyone who has not taken the time to read thru ACV's website just isn't doing proper DD on their investment in MPIX.
