Where is the Fundamental logical error? The company raised money through PIPE funding. This resulted in a cash balance on their Balance Sheet. The money was spent over 4 years in 8M in P&E and the balance (50M in other expenses). Notably SG&A. At 3M/quarter, that is 12M/year... that is about right. That is where the money went. Why don't you ask management where all that SG&A went to??? huh?

How could the money have gone to the MMs? All they do is make a market. They may trade for their own account, I don't know... They sure hae nothing to do with SG&A. The company doe snot pay the MM's out of the SG&A. I have never seen that line item in a Financial Statement.
