Yeah that was in the Tim Skyes short promotion For ALZE(NOHO) in 2010 i posted here a couple months ago. They and the notes totally mauled that company, same thing they are trying to do with this one thats why getting out their products and prgrams and the financing is very important. Not sure it they learned their lesson yet
