Hanwha SolarOne Co., Ltd (HSOL)
HSOL recently supplied 12.9 MW of HSL PV modules to the Spanish/Portuguese consortium Gransolar & Hyperion. These high-durability, high-output PV modules are being installed in solar parks across the areas of Lisbon and Coimbra, Portugal.
HSOL has supplied modules to a number of Gransolar projects, including two in South Africa that totaled 155 MW.
HSOL continues to strengthen its leading position in the European utility-scale solar segment. In September and October, HSOL delivered another 17.8 MW of PV modules to six solar parks in Portugal. Furthermore, HSOL recently secured a contract to supply 20 MW of PV modules to solar parks in the United Kingdom in December and throughout the first quarter of 2014.
HSOL has integrated new cell technology into its production processes. Through the implementation of this innovative new technology, known internally as ‘Project EStarII,’ HSOL is able to reduce silver paste consumption and optimize production processes to produce world-class solar cells at competitive costs.
HSOL is one of the top 10 photovoltaic module manufacturers in the world, providing cost-competitive, high quality PV modules. It is the flagship company of Hanwha Group, one of the largest business enterprises in South Korea.

Diabetes is a problem with your body that causes blood glucose (sugar) levels to rise higher than normal. This is also called hyperglycemia. Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes.
If you have type 2 diabetes your body does not use insulin properly. This is called insulin resistance. At first, your pancreas makes extra insulin to make up for it. But, over time it isn’t able to keep up and can’t make enough insulin to keep your blood glucose at normal levels.
The number of people with diabetes is increasing in every country. According to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), Type 2 diabetes affects more than 371 million people worldwide ( www.idf.org/worlddiabetesday/toolkit/gp/facts-figures ).
NNRX reported the official commercial launch of Glucozyme(TM), a nutritional supplement developed by the company to assist in the reduction of blood glucose levels in patients with Type 2 diabetes. NNRX will offer its product for sale direct to consumers and distributors through its e-commerce website beginning December 1st, 2013.
According to NNRX, three separate studies conducted on Glucozyme(TM) regarding the reduction of blood sugar levels were unanimously positive. The three studies measured both the fasting glucose levels and the HbA1-c levels of Type 2 diabetics for 30, 60, and 90 days. The results of each study showed that NNRX ‘s Glucozyme(TM) reduced blood sugar levels and HbA1-c levels in patients by 22-28% within the study period.
NNRX is engaged in research and development of nutritional food products. In 1997, NNRX produced and branded its own product line, and began to sell to the retail outlets and to the public. NNRX has also produced formulas for hundreds of other companies. NNRX has sales representatives throughout North America and Asia.

ENCR reported that it has shipped its first commercial FP250 unit, a power generating system that integrates the company’s patented thermal oxidation technology with a 250 kilowatt gas turbine.
The shipment deployed as scheduled out of the Port of Los Angeles on November 14, 2013 and is en route to Efficient Energy Conversion Turbomachinery B.V. (EECT), of the Netherlands. EECT holds the European distribution rights for the FP250 and related equipment.
The purchase order placed by Attero via EECT, marks the commencement of commercial sales of ENCR ‘s Gradual Oxidizer technology.
Attero processes approximately 3.4 million tons of waste a year at fifteen locations throughout the Netherlands. They are the largest producer of biogas in the Netherlands, and also produce sustainable electricity for 350,000 households from two waste-to-energy plants.
The FP250 is engineered to run on the widest range of gaseous fuels, in particular “low-Btu gas” from landfills, coal mines, oil fields, and other low quality methane sources.
ENCR designs and manufactures innovative systems for producing continuous energy from a broad range of sources, including previously unusable ultra-low quality gas. ENCR ‘s Gradual Oxidizer enables the conversion of these gases into useful heat and power with the lowest known associated emissions.
