Embarrassing, yes, shame on anyone who would insinuate that the wonderful social media work Cheryl was contracted to do was in some way part of an elaborate scam. There is always the possibility of there being a scam afoot, but IMO most are looking in the wrong places for any alleged scam, instead they may want to look more closely at the trading "activity" for any questionable goings-on. 
Though most of the theories surrounding the "action" IMO are way off the mark.
Some insist on blaming the company dilution on all the questionable trading witnessed each day but IMO the dark side clouds everything in the RFMK stock and has absolutely nothing to do with the company or it's very predictable and regular dilution and capital raising efforts via the Ironridge funding agreement. The company has received $250,000 from Ironridge which in turn has received about 620,000,000 shares for the life of the funding agreement. Let's see, that is a cost basis of ... tada .... $0.0004, exactly. Hmmm, let's see, where is the stock price these days?? Oh, $0.0004. This is not rocket science, bud.
