This does not affect trading obviously or the present -just an explanation of possible past events over 4 years ago

The Oppenheimer customer who was holding the 2.1 million shares- who deposited restricted shares without a proper letter etc thru a Boca Raton office
- [DTC said customer KI which we have been dd'ing ]
those shares apparently were not issued by CWRN - but issued when the company was Casino Airlink out of Boca Raton, Florida-issued by Casino Airlinks

even if held over 1 year, apparently still need a SEC approved lawyer to issue an opinion letter and a letter from the present corp- CWRN- Pres giving reference and stating the present legal entity-CWRN- was an operating co -not a shell

for CWRN only issued restricted shares to family members [see Nov 2010 PR's etc] and those shares were not held in certifcate form only [see CWRN complaint against Geo] and thus were not deposited into a trading acct but were held as part of the controlling shares [ see Nov 2010 PR's etc, which I quoted from many times from 2010- 2012-- except as noted in CWRN complaint exhibit in which ca 50 million of Emily's shares were given to Geo I think].

and I already showed CWRN did not issue restricted to any promoters, and unlike many startups did not issue shares to suppliers employees etc because the JVA was supplying startup funds

so 1 of the Casino Airlink Florida company owners or holders may have dumped them thru a friend at Oppenheimer

js of course tried to tie them to a promo which was held months after Oppenheimer sold them- even IF a promoter had received shares, many promoters either receive cash or free trading shares, so there is no reason to assume a pre june 2009 promoter received restricted shares-esp from CWRN- and if CWRN didnt issue the 2.1 million, they were issued in 2006 or earlier -when Casino Airlinks was the operative co- and I've already shown CWRN did not issue restricted shares to any promoters see promoters.com

Since Oppenheimer sold them June 2009 before Shirley introduced Geo to CWRN in 2010 [see CWRN complaint] we know those werent Geo shares- Geo timing of disposition of their stock is still unknown -and those shares apparently NOT restricted as far as sec/dtc was concerned- only restricted as to timing of any selling by agreement w CWRN-as implied by CWRN complaint I posted on this many times- and those were not issued til  2010 so it has nothing to do w this now that we have a copy of the dtc complaint against Oppenheimer

that holder of shares in that previous co Casino Airlinks [possibly mad that shares got reversed on him] dumped them without the necessary letters from CWRN etc to make them free trading-  those shares were not issued by CWRN but by Casino Airlinks

its normal for the same legal entity [the business shell/incorporation] to go thru an average of 5-6 iterations/companies in these low pennies-

otcmarkets.com ,as I posted previously, show Casino Airlinks as the previous company inhabiting the legal entity that CWRN now possesses -

1 company goes out of business and another co picks up the shell, as CWRN did from Casino Airlinks- a totally different business that either went out of business or merged with another co etc under the aegis of the other corp's entity-

that happens to the great majority of these low pennies- I saw it with hundreds of co's when i studied otcmarkets.com
