but we are looking for UPLISTING as broadcast by the May 26 2011 PR-uplisting is GREATER than dtc removal- up-listing takes care of dtc removal if not done earlier. (dtc removal is something pinks focus on to become current but CWRN is planning on uplisting to OTCBB-which is higher than the pinks/"current" classification).

This is because sec is a regulatory body and dtc/otc/brokers etc are not regulatory bodies and have to answer to regulatory bodies- sec etc had greenlighted these non reg bodies to attack low priced pinks but once CWRN uplists CWRN will have published audited financials and be sec reporting and no longer be on the pinks so dtc (w perhaps some paper work) will have to remove their unexplained trade for trade.

And no I'm not desperate because I'm a victor and overcomer who speaks life and not death/fear/failure/aid to the adversary into situations-so I countercommand the, "I give up and expect .0001" w an expectation of 10c while I continue doing constructive things as you well know to improve longs position. My biggest frustration is having to paddle upstream w some who dont know the game and who have rejected the opportunity to stop the manipulation by dtc otc brokers mm's etc no matter how much I explain it and then cry over the score when they have rejected the opportunity to be part of the solution.
