I would tell them to sue me. What the Fawk are the damages? $4000.00 plus 10% interest. Anybody wants to sue me I'd say fine. No contest, get your judgement and when you get your writ of execution a notice would come from a US district court that all cessations of collections are to be honored ie BANKCRUPTCY.
