How do I know they should be "impeached"? I don't sit in on the board meetings so I have no idea who it is to blame. Maybe Benz. He was in New Orleans right at the time of the q3 due date. How about Allyn? He wasn't at the CC on 11/5/13. Can't ask for resignations until I know for sure. How about giving them a convertible note for 500, 000, 000 shares apiece if they resign?
