IceWEB Announces Reseller Partnership for Veterans Administration Project
Kansas City Veterans Administration Hospital First Up in Multiple State Rollout
IceWEB, Inc. (OTCBB:IWEB) announced today that its subsidiary Computers & Tele-Comm, Inc. (CTC), is partnering with Defense Integrations Solutions, LLC (DIS) of Brockton, Massachusetts, to supply advanced wireless broadband services to the Veterans Guest Internet Access project, in a multi-state rollout that begins with the Kansas City, Missouri Veterans Administration Hospital.
“The Veterans Guest Internet Access program (VGIA) is part of the Veterans Administration’s efforts to provide additional services to families and friends of veterans when they are visiting in their hospitals around the country. Our advanced secure wireless point-to-point broadband network, along with our ability to deploy this complex solution quickly, enabled us to meet the strict standards of this project. We are working with our partner DIS to provide a solution for this important project for our veterans and their families. We expect to be working with DIS on more of these projects, and others like them, as they roll out around the US,” stated IceWEB’s CEO, Rob Howe.
Matthew Jackson, DIS project coordinator commented, “CTC rose to the occasion quickly with exactly the solution we needed, when others could not. We were impressed with their immediate understanding of our requirements, their engineering ability and their responsiveness, which enabled us to meet our tight timetable.”
