- Created as a full service Consultant, Advertising & Media Buying Agency. Manage the evolution of a company to incorporate Digital Medias, IPTV, Broadcast streaming and Software development and design. Provided training of many of today’s broadcast professionals from Management, Operations to Engineering. On going forward thinker, observing clients underserved areas and business model to adjust for future capitalization, growth and generate new business via new media and social technologies.

- Created an Online social networking and strategic marketing campaign and product development of an IPTV company called iPoint Television, llc. (www.iPoint.tv). The company is marketed, sold and branded utilizing social network websites and email advertisements. Launched the company on August 8, 2008 and today has a brand name worth $10 Million with Affiliate franchise partners in 22 states in the USA and sold globally in 14 countries. Experts from India, Africa, Europe and the United States help create the product. Each developer were found, educated of the product and branding via the online social environments and brought together as partners, developers and consultants for the purpose of advancing the IPTV industry. Software was written in India, Web development from Africa, Set Top boxes manufactured in China, marketing in the USA and the United Kingdom.

- Accepted a commission as the consulting President of a thriving network in which started in 1997 called Family Television Network. The network was distributed through a series of Low Power TV stations in 10 broadcast markets: San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Laredo, McAllen, Harlingen, Phoenix, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Del Rio and Clovis. Transferred the network from a regional bilingual network to a national Cable network delivered over Time Warner, Comcast, AT&T, Cox, Dish TV, Direct TV, Verizon FiOS, and Cablevision. Distribution agreements were for over 1500 USA communities and 22 Countries. We changed the name of the network to La Familia Network (LFN). LFN became a premier network for the cable industry. I was awarded with many prestigious awards in the cable community.

- Developed marketing campaigns for regional and statewide clients in the restaurant, automotive, theme parks, sporting goods and legal firms. The list of past clients are the likes of: Suzuki, Toyota, Bay Master, Skill, Shoel, Fox, NBC, Los Asados Mexican Restaurant, Schliterbaun Water Park, South Padre Island Chamber, SPI tourism department, ACE Hardware and Sears.
