The fact that they aren't here is evidence that iHub is part of the collusion. I think in general that bashers work for note holders like Asher, and try to drive prices down to maximize the compensated # of shares at conversion. It's very possible that IG works for one of the note holders mentioned in the fins, or for Asher.
