Destiny is unstoppable irrespective of a governor's veto. 82% of Pennsylvanian voters approve of legalizing medical cannabis. That number mirrors the national sentiment. This issue brings together all stripes. Last year, Pat Robertson endorsed decriminalization of cannabis and an end to the drug war. The writing is on the wall.
