I think SKTO will be using AEGY's auditor. I messaged the accounting firm when they were hired and congratulated them on picking up a great client. I also told them I know that they will have a lot of 12 hour days auditing AEGY to get it within the deadline (as a joke).
The response I got was, "it will be completed. no worries. thank you. please let us know when you want us to start on SK3? thanks. "
