Oriens' Global Positioning Surges With Multi-Million Dollar Stadium Deal
New Soccer Stadium to Incorporate Electronic Reservation, Ticketing & Booking Systems Using Oriens' Platform
LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Nov 6, 2013) - Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp. (OTC Pink: OTHM), the Next Generation International Hotel Brand Operator, operating its Hotel PURE brand, announced today that the new multi-million dollar soccer stadium set to house Jaco's (Costa Rica) first professional Soccer Team, the Jaco Rays, plans to have its reservation, ticket and online booking systems handled by Oriens' anticipated new FROL system.

Management indicates that the Company has experience in providing this type of entertainment/hospitality reservation system. In the past, Oriens has successfully performed a similar function for a U.S. hotelier who was hosting a special event. The new stadium is closely connected with hotels and condo/hotels in which Oriens is currently partnered with. New hotel and resort properties are ultimately expected to become involved with the stadium; offering guest 'packaged stays' and entertainment getaways connected with stadium events. Management believes that inherently, additional properties will follow suit and come on-line with the Company's FROL system; once again, positioning Oriens and the value of its technology and services as the region's 'go-to' online booking engine resource.
