He is a very frustrated Investor. He is jaded as we all were...or are ... just at a darker level..... But Star has been converted temporarily... so there is hope.
Here is what scares me.... There is larger than acknowledged selling pressure. This is a fact. Everyday there are sizable blocks placed on the ask and worked down. The only thing that can relieve the selling pressure is buying pressure OR a reason not to sell. We are long way for the latter, and for that matter the former.
I am trying to grasp why at this point the selling pressure is there... The company is not issuing shares on the public domain, so I rule that out. Insiders cannot sell until revenues are achieved per the 10Q, so I rule that out. Private investors need to file or even dwac those certs which is extremely challenging, so I rule that out. Even the most jaded investors know in the back of their mind that revenues are a distinct possibility, so holding for x years, many still hold for the day that the news breaks that will make a difference.
SO I am left with 2 possibilities -- Tax selling by investors looking for the write off, at that point - the buy in will be soon as the 30 day marks are achieved, and that will appear next month... Or based on the 10Q, there is no clarity around say the 78 million shares given in lieu of services. These shares are held by entities that are not investors, but rather entities with bills to pay, who most likely received shares at a discount and are making a small profit on those issuances... There is no editorial about the restrictions placed on those shares.
What can be done to change this? Obviously news and momentum, but outside of that - not much. Perhaps the allowance of some brokerages access to purchase these shares is helpful, but it ultimately looks like a tough slog for a little while.... This in turn puts extreme pressure on the company to execute their plan. and we all know how that goes. Keep your fingers crossed. it will be an interesting few weeks ahead. I think they really need to focus on everything that surround getting to the point that the FAA allows them to "Go Public" with the plan surrounding scheduled flights... something that will create that buying pressure they so dearly need.
