$OMVS OMVS Moves Forward with New Acquisition Plans
On the Move Systems Corp. (OTCBB: OMVS), a fast-growing provider of online transportation services, signed a letter of intent today to partner with AvStar Aviation Services, Inc. (OTCBB: AAVG), an aviation company, looking to roll up a series of fixed-base operators (FBOs) across the country.
FBOs are crucial to the success of the booming private aviation industry. They are found at most private airfields and provide aircraft- and travel-related services for jets and other craft, including fuel sales, hanger and tie-down services, hotel and car rental services, travel and flight planning and restocking and clean up services.
