Does any organization rent a space for a gala affair with hor d' oeuvres, wine bar, disc jockey, live band, presenters, inspirational experts, raffle and hundreds of attendees on the same day (Nov 16th) the gala is to occur? They would have rented in advance of the day of the affair. Whoever wrote the letter is none too bright. LOL
