Company Takes First Major Step toward Becoming Fully Reporting
CARSON CITY, Nev., Nov. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Rapid Fire Marketing (Pink Sheets: RFMK), announced today that the Company has filed their Form 10 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) this morning. The filing of the Form 10 represents the first significant step in Rapid Fire Marketing's quest to become a fully reporting Company with the SEC. Subsequent to the Form 10 filing, the 10K will be filed through the SEC's Edgar system.
With regard to the Form 10, once the SEC's comments, if any, have been addressed, Rapid Fire Marketing will submit the Form 15c211 via a market maker for listing on the OTCBB or OTCQB as a fully reporting Company.
