man I just checked in for the heck of it to see if the 10Q was filed and there it was, nearly 3.2 billion outstanding shares.  when I was hostile back in the day at the authorized shares increase to 4 billion and kept asking Steve questions on here and him skating around answering I knew what the deal was here.  I have to hand it to him he was able to be vague on things as if to hint to folks that we were screwed without straight out saying it to spoil the fun for everyone else.  I am so sad to see this happen, you guys were a great support group during the ICPA obsession of 2012 where I went from feeling rich to feeling dirt poor.  i was able to get out during the run back in March but do still have a measly 98K in an account i believe, everyone believed so heavily including myself at one time that i just wanted to hang on to a couple shares for old times sake.   best of luck to you all, i hope everyone has been able to mitigate losses in some way.  seeing in the 10Q another 800M shares issued to Steve for payment at .0001 for his services is just the nail in the coffin for PNCH.    take care all, - king koopa
