$ICRD at .0048, looking for 2 cents on this one. It is so thin it is ridiculous. Almost IMPOSSIBLE to find a penny stock that has 35 million o/s and less than 111 million A/S trading less than 5 cents and this is at .0048!!!?? It's just starting guys, remember where you heard it.
