DTL: There are two possibilities (as I see it): (1) we do not desire to do anything that could possibly damage the integrity of the casing; (2) there is a private agenda at work (to which I am not privy) which is in fact benefitted to some measure by actually not completing the SJ #3; let me read all the contracts and drill logs and I'll have a better opinion.
