FYI: Looking into conferencing ideas lately, so you might want to check out a free (open-source) idea. Participants can log-in, listen and/or participate via any Java-enabled browser or device. Or download the app. It's all VoIP, so free calls for everyone. Most "free" conferencing sites depend on long-distance charges. Skype is great, but limited to 25 participants.
