My guess is a 100% increase in the AS limit, first. They've enjoyed this ATM far too long to do a RS straight away. IMO, more people would average down with an AS increase, as opposed to a RS. Not that it's not in their over all plan, but just not right away. Joe has done the same thing with Q@#P with no trading volume as a result. Considering they all work from the same office and share the same morals or lack of, the lesson was there to learn from. Jim and Frank have out and out lied about not selling shares; or taking wages for 3-4yrs, they've just done it through a third party. Lots of new bag holders added to their victim list over the last few weeks.
