Dow rises above 16,000 ; S&P wavers near 1,800
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — U.S. stocks stepped higher on Monday, with the Dow industrials trading above 16,000 for the first time and the S&P 500 holding near its own milestone of 1,800.
