Ten Million Free Trading shares of American Sierra Gold
(AMNP – OTC BB) to Medinah Minerals, Inc.

Dear Medinah Minerals, Inc. Shareholders:
We are very pleased to report that Medinah Minerals, Inc. is now the registered owner of 10,000,000 common shares of American Sierra Gold Corporation (OTC BB AMNP), which represents, as of July 31, 2013, nineteen percent (19%) of all issued AMNP shares. American Sierra Gold Corporation’s shares are presently trading in the $0.12 to $0.13 range. This information was formally released on November 13, 2013, at page 20 of their filed 10-K report for the Fiscal Year Ended July 31, 2013, filed with the SEC (see www.otcmarkets.com , type in AMNP, click on Filings and Disclosure, click on 10-K, Received Nov. 13, 2013, for Period Ending July 31, 2013, page 20).
Medinah Gold was originally a company formed through the issuance of dividend shares to Medinah Minerals, Inc. shareholders of record as of April 30, 2001. Recently, the Medinah Gold company was amalgamated into the entity, American Sierra Gold Corporation. American Sierra Gold purchased control of the Medinah Gold company by issuing shares of AMNP to Medinah Gold stock holders on a one-for-one basis.
This valuable asset is in the process of being deposited into Medinah Minerals, Inc.’s brokerage account as a result of settlement agreements as to all previous obligations, wherein the Medinah Gold company owed Medinah Minerals, Inc. for expenses, services and financial obligations which had accumulated over twelve years. Medinah Gold repaid those loans by issuing to Medinah Minerals, Inc. 4,500,000 shares for its debt and 5,500,000 shares for the interest owed.
