No I didnt get them, won't have money until next w

No I didnt get them, won't have money until next week. Bought a few million more the last couple of weeks at 6s and 5s, never got any 4s. Yesterday my orders and a buddy of mine's orders filled at 5s without ever showing up on the bid. That seemed suspicous to me, like they wanted to make sure the bid stayed at 4 for some reason.
