OTC TUCN can be a nice runner with more exposure and buying pressure. I usually focus on one OTC stock at one time. After WNTR maybe we can take that one to the next level. Don't know what I will do yet. Just find bottom of you are interested, because it is not a P&D. WNTR is the Huge ALERT for Monday Though.
