I guess my statement was unclear. The State Of Florida does not recognize a Letter of Recind from The State of California. They still have an open contract there and is binding in any Federal Court. JC lied about how many households we were in . Steve asked him to do a clarification for the Shareholders and he refused. When he tried a hostile take over our stock went south and still is to this day. The one thing the Recind did was get JC out of our Company . This is still open for discussion. What would you like for Steve to do about it ? Think he should go after what is really ours and make JC pay back all he took from us ? We purchased the assets, they are OURS. We have had 0 revs since JC took it all. Starting over is expensive and it takes a while before money rolls in. What if.....?
