TECO is not CFP unless you go back snd listen to the CC when it was announced as a "pretend CFP". "Qty 5 wells by 12/31" is what I'm waiting on. They won't formally be CFP until the revenue is collected and reported in filings. Then the market willacknowledge audited numbers. I don't believe a word they say in PRs and for good reasons.
