I'd say $200 per shareholder in damages is easily seen in the case(on the light side).... 250k to 500k in attorney fees...
8000 x $ 200 = 1.6 million 375k in attorney fees
1.975 million. on the very light side....
And if the Judge is pissed (he most likely is) $1000 to $2000 a shareholder and triple that....
You're talking tens of millions....
