SOX is about transparency to shareholders. I don't seen how that would have anything to do with what SLICRICK is saying. This is a pink stock and he doesn't have to disclose or be anywhere near as transparent as a high dollar stock. This can go on behind the scenes and he does not have to disclose it until it is over and done with and he has something to show in his quarterly reporting. I deal with SOX every day.
