Remember when Steve said it would cost too much to go after JC for what we purchased and all the money he took ? Steve said he accepted the letter to recind drawn on California laws and just accept the loses and just start over ? Do any of you know that their contract was drawn from the state of Florida ? Do you know that the letter JC sent is not recognizable in the state of Fl. ? What does that mean exactly ? It means we IC Places and CEO Steve Samblis still owns 100% of Punch TV....All corporate lawsuits here in Fl. has a winner and a looser. The looser pays ALL COURT cost and LAWYER fees if they loose. A binding contract drawn in the state of Fl. will be tried here. Ever wonder why Steve has yet to change our ticker to VU ? It is my guess and opinion that Steve is all over this and don't want the public to know about it yet. I am sure JC's spies will go running as soon as they read this post. you know what....it is to late in my OPINION....This post is open for discussion...The longs here know the story as it was told....You have heard my opinion and I think I am close...real close.
