What you are overlooking is that this notice was the same notice filed for the Q2 late filing. They did not even correct the dates on it until this morning. Also how do you know for sure this will be open by next month? I know they said it would be, correct? Not trying to burst your bubble yet I myself honestly have a hard time believing anything they say anymore or at very least any type of time table  that they have set! Past performance does not gaurantee future but it does lesson the confidence or trust! Also why wouldn't any new acquisitions been released in the preliminary report? Is not Cannabeer connected to Cannabee? Also split cannot be on the 19th. because nothing has been registered yet as of today! All we have coming is the Q3 unaudited as per Mr. Peterson and they will not submit until after market closes on Tuesday before midnight or we will be downgraded like last time and they will submit on Wednesday or Thursday!! How I also understood from IR from last friday that no future PR was scheduled as of then! As much as your trying to find a silver lining you have to keep in mind past performances of management!  Almost would place a bet that it won't still be filed on time and downgrade will be in place even if it's just a day late!! Hope I am wrong!! Many I've spoken with (Longs) only want to get back as much of their initial investment and move on. (Myself included) Wishing all the best!!
