congrats on going with the E Cig. I switched on May 5th. Went instantly from 2 packs a day to 0. The best I can find out is that any negative from the E Cig might be1% of the damage from smoking.
I think the secret to making the change is getting an E Cig that really works. I shelled out about $300 for a ProVari from ProVape in Seattle. I also found a retailer full of vaping nerds who got me right up to speed.
