Thursday Night Call With Lenny and Robert --
On the call tonight , Lenny confirmed that the launch will occur before the end of November, he is excited about it, and that he is very much looking forward to everyone that is part of InkWay USA making a lot of profit and going 'over-the-top' in success and monetary benefit.
Robert Blakely ( Director ) noted that the mindset is key to ensure success occurs. Robert Blakely talked about the video "The Secret". The goal is to change one's outlook and mindset toward positive things. Robert talked about the phrase "Good-Better-Best, Never-Let-it-Rest-Until-Your-Good-is-Better-Than-the-Best" which Robert obtained from the military to get everyone motivated for success. Robert plans to discuss this more on the Saturday webinar.
Robert emphasized that everything occurs as a team and to share ideas. Robert noted that launch is about to happen and that the wait is almost over. The right training and the right tools are key. Robert says he and Lenny are with the programmers everyday and are controlling the controllables.
Robert says too many times, people try to control the uncontrollable. Robert encouraged everyone to write a list of everyone who uses ink. Asking questions such as "How much ink do you use?" "Would you be open to obtaining additional information about saving money on ink?" Now is the time to be more positive and focus on the team effort. This is our business . The Saturday calls are for training and to help everyone achieve their goals.
Lenny noted that the ink industry is headed toward $100 billion. Lenny focused on positive teamwork and tenacity.
Robert discussed the book "How to Lead When You're Not In Charge".
Lenny says he appreciates any and all ideas.
The Blakester said his goal is to keep the calls short and sweet and ensure everyone stays positive. The positive excitement and forward-movement will help turn InkWay USA into a positive/growing snowball. Robert also mentioned that Lenny could have simply launched early before everything was ready but that he wanted to do it right the first time.
Lenny says he's excited about skiing down cash flow mountain.
