I hear you skyrocket, but let me get this straight.  You are going to call Jason who works for Peter Meier and intend to ask what Mister Hayward is doing?  Do I have that right?  So do you feel you will be told the whole story with concerns from both sides?  I am just curious how you think this all works.  Jason sits in an office or cubical at North Cal (who likely pull all the strings with Meier).
