A management shakeup is needed I think. It's way too speculative to say who needs to stay and who needs to go. My perception based on many conversations is that Jan, Allyn, and Benz are deeply involved in business development and strategic alliances. Also, it seems that Jan's problem is that he may actually be a good guy and may need some balls to make some changes. I'm not convinvced AT ALL that Artemus Mayor, this guy named Choo, or Laughlin are doing anything at all for the company, so asking for their resignations nets no gains because still, what do they do? Seems like nothing. If anything Jan is protecting old dead wood that need to be cut from the names involved with the company. If its within Allyn's real life authority to dump Jans clowns, then I support that. I'm not sure Allyn can overrule Jan on anything.

Also, I expect fins today.
