Obviously this is a low point for EVDR based on all the things that you mentioned in your post. However, with one significant press release everything could change in a heartbeat. Stocks at this level are news driven and almost all pennys have their day periodically. It is a question of when that will happen.

I am curious because you stated that you have held EVDR for over a year and hoping to break even? Why would you have not sold during prior runups in the pps since February? There were two seperate runs that would have allowed you to cash out at 0.0030 or more..

As far as what EVDR has to offer, we do know that Visisys prior to merger had revenues, possibly very significant . We also know that we are awaiting details concerning contracts that have been or will be signed..
